Vendor Payment Terms & Payout Policy

At Creative Community Market - USA, we value our vendors and are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure payment process. By selling on our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Processing

• All customer payments are processed securely through PayPal and Stripe.

• Funds are first received by Creative Community Market - USA to ensure order verification and buyer protection.

2. Payout Schedule

• Vendor payouts are issued weekly via PayPal / Stripe Connect / Bank Transfer.

• A standard [X-day] holding period applies after an order is marked as fulfilled to allow for returns, disputes, or fraud checks.

3. Fees & Deductions

• Platform commission: 5% per sale, this includes the Paypal/Stripe currently listed prices of Paypal-2% Fee and Stripe .22% + .30.

• Any refunds, chargebacks, or penalties will be deducted from the next payout.

4. Refunds & Disputes

• Vendors must comply with our Refund & Return Policy.

• In the event of a dispute, Creative Community Market -USA may temporarily hold funds until the matter is resolved.

• If a refund is issued to the customer, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the vendor’s balance.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

• Keep account and payment details accurate and up to date.

• Fulfill orders promptly and provide valid tracking information.

• Maintain high customer service standards to reduce disputes and chargebacks.

   

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights.

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our site (logos, text, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors.

• Vendors retain rights to their product images and descriptions but grant us a license to display them on our platform.

9. Termination of Vendor Account

• Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be paid out within 7 days, minus any outstanding fees or liabilities.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
