You are responsible for keeping your product information, pricing, availability, lead times, and stock levels up to date.
Prices displayed on Sooqna must remain valid once an order has been placed.
Sooqna reserves the right to edit product titles, descriptions, categories, and images to improve the customer experience while preserving product accuracy.
Sooqna reserves the right to remove any product that does not meet its curation or quality standards.
Orders must be accepted, prepared, and fulfilled within the delivery timeframe displayed on your product listings.

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling all orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, including delivery to the customer's address.
Products must be delivered in excellent condition and packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transport.
Vendors are responsible for assembling any products that require assembly. If you are unable to provide assembly services, you must notify Sooqna in advance. In such cases, Sooqna may arrange an assembly team on your behalf, and the associated costs may be charged to the vendor.
If an incorrect, defective, or damaged product is delivered due to vendor error, the vendor is responsible for resolving the issue and covering any associated costs.
Commissions are deducted from each completed sale in accordance with your agreed commercial terms.
Vendors are responsible for issuing valid tax invoices to Sooqna where required by applicable law.
By joining Sooqna, you grant Sooqna the right to use your product images, descriptions, brand assets, and other content across its website, app, marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and AI-powered shopping experiences.
Repeated order cancellations, inaccurate listings, poor fulfilment performance, or failure to meet Sooqna's quality standards may result in product removal or suspension from the platform.
Sooqna reserves the right to suspend or remove products or vendor accounts where necessary to protect customers, vendors, or the quality of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
