Mimo Terms & Conditions
By joining Mimo you agree:
1. To a service/ commission charge of: • 50% with no shop shifts (subject to change with notice)
• 40% with 1 shop shift per MONTH (subject to change with notice)
• 25% with 1 shop shift per WEEK (subject to change with notice)
2. To have 1.75% fees for the use of the card machine to be deducted from your sales.
3. To provide a full list of stock quantities and prices before delivering your items using our stock sheet system.
4. To provide good quality pictures of your products for our online website before delivering your items.
5. To keep track of your sales via our Sales Report and restock accordingly.
6. To deliver only the items we have previously agreed on. This avoids your products being too similar to
something we already stock, so to not create any competition between our makers.
7. That Mimo is not responsible for any breakages or theft that occurs in store. Our staff is trained to take the
upmost care of everyones products and avoid any theft in the store. We hold a strict 'You Break, You Buy" policy
in store. However, it is not always possible to avoid these circumstances.
8. To make semi-regular social media announcements about stocking with us.
9. To give us 1 months noctice prior to leaving us.
10. To deliver your products with your name or logo (can be a simple printed label with your name). This helps staff
identify your products and easily log your sales under your specific category on the tills, in order to avoid any
missed/ wrongly categorised sales. If you can add your prices to this label, that's even better!
11. That Mimo Brighton Ltd doesn't own any of your products and only charges service fees for the sales of your
goods and use of the space.
• Payments are made from Mimo to 'you' on the first week of every month along with a brief overview of sold items.
• Stock is displayed and distributed throughout the shop in a manner that we believe will benefit the product, the
maker and the store itself. This means that your items might be all grouped together or dispersed across the store
and locations within the shop might change.
• We may return some or all of your products if we see that they are not selling after a period of time, which may
terminate your time stocking with us or we might ask for a change of products instead.
• We avoid accepting items that we produce in-house, unless we deem them to be different enough to work
alongside our current ranges. Please avoid submitting: Stickers, Greeting Cards, Post Cards, Polymer Clay
Jewellery, Beaded Jewellery and Handmade Ceramics as these are likely to be declined.
