By signing up as an artist on the Wrong Crowd platform, you grant us permission to use your submitted artwork, artist name, profile image, banner, and any associated branding solely for the purpose of showcasing, marketing, and selling your merchandise on the Wrong Crowd website and its official marketing channels.
We will never use, license, or distribute your artwork or personal information outside of the Wrong Crowd platform without your explicit written permission.
You retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork submitted to the Wrong Crowd platform. We are committed to protecting your intellectual property and have taken reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised use, including watermarking, internal controls, and artist attribution.
All artworks and associated designs displayed on the platform remain the intellectual property of the respective artist and are protected under UK and international copyright law.
To effectively present your designs on products, your artwork will be displayed on digital mockups across the website and promotional materials. While we take care to protect these assets, you acknowledge and accept that by publishing your artwork in this way, there is an inherent risk of unauthorised screenshots or reuse by third parties beyond our control.
As such, Wrong Crowd cannot be held legally responsible for any unauthorised use of your artwork by external parties, including instances where designs may be copied or reproduced without your or our permission. However, we will always support you in taking appropriate steps to address any infringement.
It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure they have the full rights to use, share, and sell the submitted artwork. By uploading designs, you confirm that your work does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
If we are made aware of a copyright violation, we reserve the right to temporarily remove the design while it is under review.
