As an Artist selling products on GiggleGlass.Com i have read and agree to the followiing conditions:
1. GiggleGlass takes orders on behalf of Artists (yourself) and will forward to you all the information required to fulfill an order (Customer Name, Address and products ordered)
2. As an artist, you are agreeing to fulfill (make and ship) the item(s) in the order to the customer within 7 days (note: we expect shipping the order within 7 a day leadtime). GiggleGlass understands that delivery will take a few days longer, 3. If any problems arise that would prevent the Artist from meeting the expected leadtime, please notifiy Contact@GiggleGlass.com to alert them to the nature of the problem and expected resolution
4. The artist will ship the product based on the carrier of their choosing as long as the package can be tracked by the carrier (and viewed by the customer).
5. The artist will upload the tracking information into this artist portal (PuppetVendors.com).
6. Once the tracking information is entered into the portal, the Artist's fulfilment record will be added to the GiggleGlass payment Queue. To reduce processing fees, we currently pay all artists once a month. Your payment (which equals your wholesale price for each product) should be sent to you anywhere between 1 and 31 days based on where we are in the monthly payment cycle. Payments are made via PayPal. If you don't have a Paypal Account, please reach out to Contact@GiggleGlass.com and we will work out an alternate payment process via services such as Zelle, Venmo or direct banking.
