🛍️ CONSIGNMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS (Online Agreement)

By submitting items for consignment, you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined by Behind Bars Biker Collective

🔹 GENERAL AGREEMENT

You are confirming that you are the legal owner of all items consigned and have full rights to sell them.

Items submitted for consignment become part of our inventory until sold, returned, or removed at our discretion.

🔹 PRICING & MARKDOWNS

All pricing is determined solely by Behind Bars Biker Collective 

We reserve the right to mark down, bundle, or promote items at our discretion in order to maximize the chance of sale.

Sales, promotions, and pricing changes may occur at any time without notice.

🔹 COMMISSION & PAYOUTS

You will receive 50% of the final selling price of each item (excluding sales tax or transaction fees, if applicable).

Payouts are issued up on your request, but if the payout is over $100 we may need notice depending on our cash on hand.

You may choose to receive store credit instead of cash if preferred.

🔹 UNSOLD ITEMS

Items that remain unsold may be returned, discounted further, or removed from the shop entirely at our discretion.

If you'd like unsold items returned, you must contact us with a request. Otherwise, they may be donated, liquidated, or repurposed without further notice.

🔹 ITEM ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All items must be clean, odor-free, and in good sellable condition.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any item for any reason, including but not limited to condition, style, demand, or space.

Items not accepted may be returned upon request, or otherwise donated.

🔹 LIABILITY

We are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or events beyond our control.

All consignment is at the consignor's own risk.
