By agreeing to this agreement, the Vendor grants PNWkushmerch the right to use their likeness, including but not limited to photographs, logos, trademarks, and other identifying marks, to promote and advertise the Vendor's merchandise. This usage may include, but is not limited to, online marketing, social media posts, advertisements, product listings, and other promotional materials. The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that such use is without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and is made with the intention of increasing visibility and sales of the Vendor's products.

The Vendor may revoke this permission in writing at any time, but such revocation will not affect promotional materials already in circulation.

Submitted products from vendors must be in compliance will all washington state laws, including but not limited to

  • (1) Advertising generally. The following requirements apply to all advertising by cannabis licensees in Washington state.
    (a) All cannabis advertising and labels of useable cannabis, cannabis concentrates, and cannabis-infused products sold in the state of Washington must not contain any statement, or illustration that:
    (i) Is false or misleading;
    (ii) Promotes over consumption;
    (iii) Represents the use of cannabis has curative or therapeutic effects;
    (iv) Depicts a child or other person under legal age to consume cannabis, or includes:
    (A) The use of objects, such as toys, inflatables, movie characters, cartoon characters suggesting the presence of a child, or any other depiction or image designed in any manner to be likely to be appealing to youth or especially appealing to children or other persons under legal age to consume cannabis; or
    (B) Is designed in any manner that would be especially appealing to children or other persons under 21 years of age.

All items submitted for approval will be vetted based on these restrictions and will be rejected if violations are seen.

**Fees and Commissions**

As a valued vendor, you are invited to join our platform with a 3-month commission-free period, during which the 10% sales commission will be waived for all products sold through our site. However, please note that transaction processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, along with any applicable PayPal payout transfer fees, will still apply from the start. These fees are the responsibility of the vendor and will be deducted from each sale. After the first three months, the 10% commission will be reinstated on all sales. We are committed to transparency and will provide detailed reports of all transactions, fees, and deductions.
