STANDARD PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Black owned business
- All ingredients must be listed on the label
- All ingredients must be natural (no GMO or toxic ingredients)
- Must provide a sample(s) of each product for which you're seeking placement. Samples can be mailed to The Necessities Company 1113 Adirondak Dr Gastonia, NC 28052.
- Allow up to 3 weeks for testing
- Partners will have access to their inventory and commission via our Partner link once your inventory has been received and loaded into our system
-Must announce your product placement with The Necessities Company to your customer base ie. social media, texts, email, etc. You can tag us in your Instgram posts @thenecessitiesco.
CONSIGNMENT PARTNERS:
- Maintain a minimum of 10 units of each product in inventory at all times
- Will have access to inventory and commission via our Partner link
- Commission 55/45 paid at end of month via PayPal. Partner must provide PayPal email.
- $20 monthly Partner App Fee. Partner App Fee will be deducted from monthly commission payout. Fee is due whether Partner has sales or not for said month. If no sales for any month, Partner will be issued an invoice. Partner App Fee is due within 72 hours of receipt of invoice. If fee is not paid, Partner inventory will be temporarily removed from website until fee is paid. After 14 days of nonpayment of Partner App Fee, agreement will be terminated.
- Partner who seeks to cancel must provide 30 written notice and be up-to-date on all Partner fees. Notice can be emailed to partners@thenecessitiescompany.com
- Partners are responsible for all shipping/delivery fees and damage of inventory and inventory availability on website. We will not contact you regarding inventory levels.
- We take care of packaging, shipping and delivery to customers. If Partner has specific packaging, Partner must provide said packaging at no cost to The Necessities Company.
- All products must be professionally labeled. Partners provide pricing, product descriptions and professional white background pictures for website. Pictures must be professional, clear and concise.

PARTNER APPROVAL:
Partner approval is based on approval of your product(s) which is depending on when product is received by us and testing is complete. Testing can take up to 3 weeks. The status of your approval will be sent via email.
VOID AGREEMENT:
Product Placement is a minimum of 120 days. The Necessities Company reserves the right to cancel Partner Agreement at anytime for any reason. If Partner decides to cancel Partner Agreement prior to or at the end of 120 days, Partner must notify The Necessities Company in writing within 30 days of cancellation date and remit payment of any and all balance due including fees up to 120 days. Partner must schedule shipping of remaining inventory within 48 hours after cancellation date. If Partner chooses shipping, as stated above, Partner will be responsible for all shipping & packaging fees. The Necessities Company is not responsible and/or liable for any inventory remaining after 48 hours and/or inventory damage. Inventory left after 48 hours from termination date will incur $25 daily storage fee which is payable upon picking up inventory.
